This 50-Shelf Cabinet Door Drying Rack is our flagship rack and a true workhorse in any shop or job site. Each shelf holds up to 25 lbs and can be rolled to the next production station or out of your way, even when fully loaded. You don’t need to pull or place parts in any specific sequence because the PDRKD is designed to let you work exactly how you want to: grab parts from the top, bottom or middle.
The ProDryingRack (PDRKD) is also a great space saver, providing 200 sq ft of drying surface area in a 6.5 sq ft foot print. Easily assembles and knocks down with just 4 bolts. All steel construction with powder coated finish ensures years of service.

Our robust and expandable ProDryingRack EX (PDREX) stretches from 20” to almost 60” in width for the larger pieces of your project. Fifteen levels hold up to 60 lbs each. Round, 1” diameter, removable tubes of 30” lock into place with just a turn (no tools). If you need more than the 3” of usable space between the levels, just remove “levels” until you have the room you need.
Clamp levers in the back easily allow the user to expand and contract the rack before loading. With a high-quality, all-metal build, including fully gusseted support, reinforced bottom plate construction and powder coated finish, the ProDryingRack EX is a versatile addition for any cabinet or woodworking shop.

Seems like it will satisfy my needs, I just had a really hard time putting it together. Multiple sizes of bolts that are very very similar with no distinctive markings packed in the same bag, unclear instructions, box was incredibly heavy and totally torn apart when it arrived which damaged some parts inside since it was sent by UPS but was easily 150lbs. Just made the assembly process so much more difficult and took extra time.
So sorry you had trouble putting this together Tim. We'll review our assembly instructions and see if they could be improved. Appreciate the feedback.

I purchase this for my custom cabinet shop and the adjustability of it is incredible. It is very solid and sturdy. It has been a great rack for us so far.

Had 700 sq ft of t and g walnut to spray and I was able to get 95 boards onto the rack. Held up wonderfully!

Nice product! Rack came fast and was easy to put together. We bought it to hold sheets of plywood. We have used it for holding 8 sheets so far with no real issues.

PSDR™ 2nd Tier Connectors (Set of 2 Pairs)

The 2nd Tier Connectors (PSDR.S) allow better use of your vertical drying space of the PSDR Series for small parts. Why should drawer fronts for small cabinets consume as much drying space as a 36” cabinet? Well they shouldn’t, and with this add-on they don't! The 2nd Tier Connectors let you turn one level of drying space into two. An absolute must if you’re opting for the EFC Hinge Hooks and Wave Hangers.
The 2nd Tier Connectors consist of 4 double-pronged couplers: one pair slides over the 66” vertical drying poles and is secured by a thumb screw to the desired height or spacing; the second pair goes on the top of the drying pole to keep proper spacing of the horizontal poles.
As with all of the PSDR Series, there are no tools required for assembly and this can go inline with an existing drying run.
All 4 parts are bright blue to show that they work together and eliminate confusion.

The PSDR™ Height Extenders (PSDR.U) allow you to add 12" of height to the PSDR Series rack, extending it from 69" to 81". This makes it more versatile for hanging larger parts such as shutters or tall cabinet doors.
The Extenders not only add another foot of height, but also include two pegs for connecting an additional horizontal bar, creating a second level and additional 6’ of drying line, perfect for small parts or narrow cabinet doors.
The Extenders can be used to step up a single section in a drying run or used for increasing the height in the spray stand section.

The PSDR Wave Hanger can accommodate cabinet doors with hinge holes up to 36" apart. They are custom-fit to the size of the ProDryingRack SD (PSDR) Series poles for minimum swing, allowing you to hang cabinet doors and parts closer together. The PSDR's 18 feet of drying line is enough space for drying up to 50 cabinet doors.
The PSDR Series with EFC Hinge Hooks provides perfect and completely unmarred surface results. EFC's are placed in the cup holes and then fit over one of PaintLine's hangers for "all-sides" spraying and drying. Cup-hooks can also be screwed into the tops and bottoms of cabinet doors to be hung and sprayed.
After painting on the spinner assembly, the door on the hanger is simply transferred over to the drying line where it will hang until ready for door hardware and installation.

These hangers are amazing and took days of my refinish schedule by be able to hang them as opposed to laying them flat. I do 10 kitchens a day and have tried other ways but these are the best.
