This 50-Shelf Cabinet Door Drying Rack is our flagship rack and a true workhorse in any shop or job site. Each shelf holds up to 25 lbs and can be rolled to the next production station or out of your way, even when fully loaded. You don’t need to pull or place parts in any specific sequence because the PDRKD is designed to let you work exactly how you want to: grab parts from the top, bottom or middle.

The ProDryingRack (PDRKD) is also a great space saver, providing 200 sq ft of drying surface area in a 6.5 sq ft foot print. Easily assembles and knocks down with just 4 bolts. All steel construction with powder coated finish ensures years of service.

Conveniently holds up to 50 cabinet doors in 6.5 sq ft of space.

Amazing product

I am so happy i was able to invest in one of these. It is a game changer for cabinet painting. It saves a ridiculous amount of space. It is the perfect drying rack!! Super heavy duty. Best drying rack!!! Has some rub stopper that prevents sliding, very solid and durable, had couple dents but nothing crazy that a painter can’t fixed, wish this rack had some portable case with foam to protect the racks from racketing. Fortunately i found a case for the whole thing and keeps everything in place!

Our robust and expandable ProDryingRack EX (PDREX) stretches from 20” to almost 60” in width for the larger pieces of your project. Fifteen levels hold up to 60 lbs each. Round, 1” diameter, removable tubes of 30” lock into place with just a turn (no tools). If you need more than the 3” of usable space between the levels, just remove “levels” until you have the room you need.

Clamp levers in the back easily allow the user to expand and contract the rack before loading. With a high-quality, all-metal build, including fully gusseted support, reinforced bottom plate construction and powder coated finish, the ProDryingRack EX is a versatile addition for any cabinet or woodworking shop.

Versatility

This is something I’ve wanted to purchase for quite a while, trying to justify the price. Now that I have it, I regret not buying it sooner. It gets used daily and is versatile for all kinds of different materials and product that come through my shop.

Seems sturdy but delivery and assembly directions need a ton of work

Seems like it will satisfy my needs, I just had a really hard time putting it together. Multiple sizes of bolts that are very very similar with no distinctive markings packed in the same bag, unclear instructions, box was incredibly heavy and totally torn apart when it arrived which damaged some parts inside since it was sent by UPS but was easily 150lbs. Just made the assembly process so much more difficult and took extra time.

So sorry you had trouble putting this together Tim. We'll review our assembly instructions and see if they could be improved. Appreciate the feedback.

The PSDR Series is an integrated system that uses cabinet door hangers for painting. It's designed to paint and dry cabinet doors in a vertical orientation with the least amount of effort and space. Cabinet door hangers are used for spraying all sides in one step.

Hang doors by common cup-hooks or use Premium Hinge Hooks for completely unmarred surface results. The doors then hang on the spinner assembly, which is designed to give the painter complete control of the hanging part. Heavy-duty metal hangers eliminate the annoying and costly failure of wooden clothes hangers. 18 feet of drying line allows tight spacing of 50 drying doors since the custom hanger hook radius matches the drying pole, preventing parts from spinning.

The PSDR is designed for foolproof assembly in less than 10 minutes without tools. Tear down is just as fast into ballistic nylon bags for convenient storage and easy transport to the next job site. So no more wooden clothes hangers on PVC pipe for spraying, or extension ladders between step ladders for drying. The PSDR Series is a must for the commercial painter who values speed and efficiency in their paint process.

Please note that cup-hooks and wooden dowels are not provided in this order.

The spray twirsly works great. It has a little wobble but not a big deal. The only issue I've had so far is the adjustable arms are hard to move one paint gets to them. I just finished a big job and everything is covered in paint and the arms are stuck. Overall it was very easy to assemble light wait and I believe it will clean easybonce I start pealing the paint off.
