Return Policy

We review and accept returns on a case-by-case basis.

Note that the product must be unused and it its original packaging.

Returns for reasons other than manufacturing defect will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

To request your return please email Daynica@PaintLine.com.
Include the following information in your email:

- Your name
- Your order number
- The reason for your return request

Once your return is approved, you will be sent shipping labels to apply to the packages.
Note that you are responsible for the shipping cost of the return.
The cost of shipping will be taken out of your refund amount.

Once the return has been received, we will inspect the content and will
issue a refund if applicable to your original payment method.
Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to process.

Damaged Parts


If you received damage parts, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Identify which part is damaged. Please refer to the Instructions
sheet that comes with your order to help identify the part.

Step 2: Take a photo of the damaged part. If the box is also damaged, take a photo of the box too.

Step 3: Email Daynica@PaintLine.com with your issue. Please
include the following information in your email:

- Your name
- Your order number
- The damaged part name
- The damaged part number
- One or more photos of the damaged part and box
(Please send photos as attachments. Do not embed in the body of the email)

Step 4: We will then work on sending you replacement parts at no extra cost to you.

Missing Parts


If you are missing parts from your order, please follow these steps:

Step 1:
Identify which part is missing. Please refer to the Instructions
sheet that comes with your order to help identify the part.

Step 2: Email Daynica@PaintLine.com with your issue. Please
include the following information in your email:

- Your name
- Your order number
- The missing part name
- The missing part number

Please note that the ProDryingRack (PDRKD) is shipped in 2 separate boxes and
the ProDryingRack SD (PSDR) is shipped in 3 separate boxes. The boxes will 
all have different tracking numbers and may arrive at different times.

Step 4: We will then work on sending you the missing parts as soon as possible.
