The PSDR Series is a complete cabinet door painting and drying system that allows you to spray and dry doors vertically, saving time and valuable floor space. Paint all sides of a door in one hanging position, then move it directly to the drying line without handling or flipping.

Hang doors by common cup-hooks (included) or Premium Hinge Hooks (sold separately), then hang on the spinner assembly, which is designed to give the painter complete control of the hanging part. The included heavy-duty metal hangers eliminate the annoying and costly failure of wooden clothes hangers. 18 feet of drying line allows tight spacing of 50 drying doors since the custom hanger hook radius matches the drying pole, preventing parts from spinning.

The PSDR is designed for foolproof assembly in less than 10 minutes without tools. Tear down is just as fast into ballistic nylon bags for convenient storage and easy transport to the next job site. So no more wooden clothes hangers on PVC pipe for spraying, or extension ladders between step ladders for drying. The PSDR Series is a must for the commercial painter who values speed and efficiency in their paint process.

PSDR Pro drying rack

Very good product and convenient

Overall pretty happy

Overall I'm pretty happy, it has speeded up the time it takes to spray and dry stuff, which is amazing. However, it does take some getting used to if you've sprayed horizontally in the past. Though it seems to be made well and can carry some serious weight on the rails, it could be designed better for sure, it's pretty basic stuff. The ability to lock it in place so it doesn't rotate would be great, this would have to be so easy to switch on and off so it doesn't get annoying but would make spraying taller pieces much easier to handle cause you can't hold the top and spray the bottom unless you're stretch Armstrong. Overall pretty happy, though expensive for what you get. Especially when to buy extra wave hangers and hooks.
